If you've received a defected or incorrect item, please kindly let us know and we'd be happy to assist you with an exchange. An Exchange service is also extended to customers who are dissatisfied with their purchases due to sizing issues. However we regret to inform you that any shipping cost incurred by the customer, are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by the shop. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DISSATISFIED PURCHASE

- Costs for return shipping as well as shipping back to the recipient will have to be bear by the customer fully.


- Free normal postage / priority shipping is not applicable when customer choose to exchange due to dissatisfied purchase.
- Postage charges for shipping back to the customer will be deducted on the credit note.
- Customers with dissatisfied purchase are only entitled to a limit of ONE exchange per order.
- Any further exchanges after a new exchange made to the existing order will strictly not be allowed.
- To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be returned in original condition. Any item that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of dispatched date for orders send to Singapore, within 10 days for international orders.
- Any items that are returned to us after the stipulated period will sadly be ignored.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- For exchanges, once we have received your package, we will process it within 2 working days.
- Strictly no cash refunds are allowed. 
- Credit notes will be issued to customer with dissatisfied purchase.
- You may use the credit note to exchange for an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange any items that are valued higher than your credit note, a top up will have to be made.
